Q1. Can I recycle all plastics?
A1. No. Each scheme is sponsored by a different company, therefore we have to adhere to their guidelines. For example, the Crisp Packet Scheme is sponsored by Walkers. They allow all brands of crisp including multipacks. However, the Pringle Scheme is sponsored by Pringles and they only accept their own brand and not supermarket brands.
We appreciate some plastic materials are the same, however we can only accept the schemes operated by Terracycle.
Q2. How much does my recycling raise?
A2. Every item you recycle with us is turned into points via Terracycle. Terracycle convert the points generated by each scheme into monetary value, which is released bi-annually. This goes directly from Terracycle to Wiltshire Air Ambulance. Each scheme is different to the points it accumulates. Therefore we cannot tell you what your individual recycling raises and we do a monthly total across all schemes.
Q3. How do I find my nearest drop point?
A3. Please contact us via the 'Contact Form' with your postcode. The majority of our drop points are residential addresses and our list is frequently changing, so we will be able to provide you with your nearest drop point information.

Q7. Do you collect outside of Wiltshire?
A7. Yes, we have many collectors outside of Wiltshire, who post their recycling to us. Please contact us for more details regarding postal donations.
